He was predeceased by: his parents, William Claude and Margaret Cook Frazier; and his brother Kenneth Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hagan; his daughter Kaylea; and his grandson Leo Dwight "Cowboy" Frazier Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gum Springs Baptist Church (932 Wesley Chapel Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
