He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jenell Staggs Garland; his children, Adam Ray Garland of East Tennessee, Crystal Lovett (Robert) of Lawrenceburg, TN and April Garland (Kyle Risner) of Lawrenceburg, TN; his grandchildren, Danielle Lovett (Jagger Canada), Hannah Jones, William Lovett, Hunter Sells, Dalton Lovett (Maddison Warren) and Anna-Leigh Garland; his great grandchildren, Brileigh Bell Jones, Laiklynn Grace Jones, Eli Robert Estes, Zayleigh Kay Stanton and Sutton Stanton; his brother Howard Garland (Glenda); and his sisters-in-law, Sudie Garland and Shirley Garland.
