With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Gayle Byrd of Lebanon, Tennessee, who passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Byrd and Dovie Byrd; his son Bryan Wade Byrd; and his brothers, Randolph, Randell, Webb and Roger Byrd.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille Honeycutt Byrd; his son Terry Byrd (Amy); his grandchildren, Haley Mueller (Cory), Macy Mitchell (Grant) and Carson Byrd; his siblings, Joyce Owens (Gary), Ken Byrd (Regina), Kelly Byrd (Sandy), Keith Byrd and Wendell Byrd (Sandy); and his great grandchildren, Katherine, Grace, Grant Edward and Elizabeth Wynn.
