He is survived by : his wife Sheila Watkins Perkins; his sons, Jared Perkins (Stefanie) and Dustin Perkins; his grandchildren, Bryson of Lebanon, Addison of Lebanon and Calissa Perkins of Lebanon; his brother Roger Perkins (Pam) of South Point, Ohio; and his mother-in-law Effie Watkins of Lebanon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
