She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moats and Annie Moats; and her sister Susie Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Underwood, Patricia Underwood, Amanda Childress, Sara Childress, Andy Phibbs "Bubba" (Erica Phibbs) and Daniel Childress; her husband Dale Childress; her grandchildren, Patricia, Leland, Cyrus, Nathan "Piglet", Jake, Rachael, Austin "Budroll" and Dillan "Possum"; and her siblings, Jack Moats and Beck Moats. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
