In loving memory of Douglas L. Mealer of Lenoir City, Tennessee, who departed this world on June 23, 2025 at the age of 76. Douglas leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Ann Mealer; and his siblings, Leonard Mealer, Charles Mealer, Margie Mealer, Helen McKee, Geneva Dutton and Stanley Mealer.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Mealer (Tanya) and Stacy Mealer (Selena); his grandchildren, Akisa Leventhal, Amber Lowe, Chelsey Wilmoth, Carlee Massey and Tristan Mealer; his siblings, Glen Mealer, Gary Mealer, Kenny Mealer and Imogene Walker; and his nieces and nephews, Judy Russell Mealer, Leslie Goodman and Patience Goodman. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home, Inc. (109 S Walnut St, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Sweetwater Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery (204 Glenlock Rd, Sweetwater, TN 37874).
