He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tommy, Jessie Vincil, Willard and Sonya Miller. He is survived by: his children, Kaylee, Jacoby, Alyssa and Kenlee; his parents, Joe Vincil, Sr. and Margaret Miller; his sister Rachel Vincil; and the mothers of children, Jennifer Vincil and Kendra Varner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
