She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Lee Parton; her daughter Angela Parton; her grandson Joseph "Mikey" Stump; her parents, George Kerley and Elsie Kerley; her siblings, Ruby Rogers, Alvin Kerley, Curtis Kerley, Ruth Kerley and George Kerley; and her niece Brenda Shubert.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara; her son-in-law Gerald Williams; her children, Gail Raione and Terry; her daughter-in-law Linda Parton; her son Jerry Parton; her grandchildren, Darrell Williams, Kim Blanton (David), Stacy Key (Chris), Briana Mena (Eric), Andrea Raione, Tammy Parton, Adam Parton, Tonya Arwood, Angela Turpeinen and Alan Bostic; and her niece Linda Plemons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home, Inc. (109 S Walnut St, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
