She is survived by : her daughters, Jordan Taylor, Charlie Marie and Chance Jayla "CeeJay" Cooper; her brother David J. Ellis, Jr.; her parents, Susan Allen Broersma and Tony Cooper, Jr.; her grandmother Sandra B. Allen; her stepfather Kenneth Broersma; and her aunts, Lisa Gayle Allen and Lela Chaptman-Carbin.
