He is survived by: his parent Dawn Holland Blackwell (Dewayne Osborne); his fiancé Raleigh Woodard; his children, Addison Holland of Lewisburg and Neil Holland of Lewisburg; his siblings, Amanda Osborne, Danielle Carter, Anthony Blackwell of Lewisburg, Robbie Blackwell of Lewisburg and Terry Quinn of Lewisburg; his grandparents, Ott, Mary Holland of Nashville and Cheryl Lee of Lewisburg; his uncle Brad Holland of Nashville; and his siblings' children, Avery Harrison and Koen Peaster.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the London Funeral Home and Crematory (324 W Church St, Lewisburg, TN 37091). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lone Oak Cemetery (200 Lone Oak Dr, Lewisburg, TN 37091).
