He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Swain; his children, Candie Swain (Ken), Walter Randall Swain (Daphne), Crystal Victoria Gonzalez, Jamie Ann Jennings and Robert Allen Hartsfield III (K. C.); and his sister Rita Gower. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
