He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Taylor Sr. and Martha Lee Taylor. He is survived by: his granddaughter McKinya Crawford; his stepsons, Rodney Keith (Vocky) of Fayetteville and Darron Keith (Johanna) of LaVergne, TN.; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Keith, James Keith, Sydney Keith, Lisbet Rodrigue, Paris Hammonds, Lundan Hammonds, Angela Dickerson and Norvell Turner; his siblings, Will Taylor (Cheryl) of Lewisburg, TN, Fred Taylor (Patricia) of Flint Michigan, Martha Carolyn Taylor and Theresa McQuiddy of Flint Michigan; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Whitaker of Fayetteville and Harvey Inman of Lawrenceburg, TN.; his cousin Grace Parks of Lewisburg, TN.; his wife Marquitta Taylor; his daughter Marquitta Taylor; his sister Connie Williams (Gary); and the mother of his child Minnie Taylor. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greater First Baptist Church (512 6th Ave N, Lewisburg, TN 37091). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
