She was predeceased by : her parents, John Frank and Ollie Pauline Mayes; her husband Ollie O'Neal Jr.; and her brother John T. Mayes. She is survived by : her daughter Yolanda O'Neal of Chicago; her siblings, Joe Mayes of Lewisburg, Therissa Holman, Edna Williams and Mary Davis; and her sister-in-law Diane Mayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
