He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Thomason and Janice Cole. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Chaffin (Thomas) of Rockvale, Nathaniel Thomason (Jasmine) of Rockvale, James Gordon (Kaley) of Manchester and Phillip Gordon of Unionville; and his sister Vickie Thomason of Shelbyville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
