She was predeceased by : her father Jessie Frazier. She is survived by : her husband Larry J. D. Hayes; her mother Olene Scott Frazier of Lexington; her children, Clint Dudley (Nicole) of Lexington, Toshia Crews (Kevin) of Scotts Hill and Tonya Marchbanks (Presley Fiddler) of Lexington; her sisters, Sue Frazier of Memphis, Gail Mathewson of Memphis, Pat Lazenby of Lexington, Pam Frazier of Lexington and Peggy Houston of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Justin Marchbanks, Morgan Crews, Tyler Crews, Vance Taylor and Bentlee Dudley.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be given to the Frances Hensley Animal Shelter at 78 Mig Dr. Lexington, TN 38351.
