He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Justice and Belva Justice; his brothers, Danny, Dillas, Benny, Thurman, Edgar and Denzel Justice; and his half-sister Thelma Zeide.

He is survived by: his wife Cary; and his siblings, Shirley Bell (Russell) and Jim Justice (Beatriz). He is also survived by 7 children; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
