He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul I. Cotcher and Ruth C. Cotcher (Skinner); and his brother David Jeptha Cotcher. He is survived by : his wife Ellen; his daughters, Deborah Lynn Dickinson of Georgia and Deanna Leigh MacRitchie (Thomas) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Clark Daniel Dickinson, Chase Richard Dickinson, Devin Joseph MacRitchie and Dillon Thomas MacRitchie; his great grandchildren, Ellie Anne Dickinson and Kanon Daniel Dickinson; the mother of his child Beverly Brugger Furno; his sister Mary Elizabeth Strom (Arthur); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Sue Cotcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
