She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Clinton and Gertrude Margaret Smalley (Frost); her husband George Winstanley; and her siblings, Margaret Dunning, Mabel Smalley, Fred Smalley and John "Bud" Smalley.
She is survived by : her daughters, Candice E. Raney, Deborah A. Campbell (Rodney) and Trudy M. Winstanley; her grandchildren, Brett Raney, Evan Raney, Alex Campbell, Jacob Campbell, Leigh Latchford (Shawn) and James VanKoevering (Tracy); and her great grandchildren, Liam VanKoevering and Isabel Latchford.
