With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Stewart of Linden, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 8, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Raymond and Elizabeth Ann Stewart (Clark); his former life partner Jolenne Young (Voorhees); his wife Jody of Linden; his sons, John "Jack" Stewart and Peter Stewart; his stepdaughters, Laura Young, Megan Van Aelst (Craig) and Elizabeth Warner (David); his grandchildren, Craig Van Aelst, Jr. (Dani), Madeline Van Aelst, Amelia Van Aelst, Liza Moats Pennington (Cody), Nicolas Moats, Ella Warner and Ginger Warner; his great grandchildren, Alaric and Wylder Van Aelst; and his siblings, Michael Stewart (Norine) and Deborah Arak (Joseph). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
