She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer P. Adams and Margaret Fern Adams Sr. (Rouleau); and her husband Herbert J. Jacques. She is survived by : her children, Michael Herbert Jacques (Gail), Timothy John Jacques (Cynthia) and Toni Bluhm; her grandchildren, Brent Jacques (Angela), Jennifer Godlesky (Nick), Brooke Jacques and Robert Jacques (Jillian); her great grandchildren, Christopher Jacques, Jeremy Jacques and Blair Godlesky; her goddaughter Kelly McIntyre (Michael); and her close friend Betty Cuppernoll.
