With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Cowan of Linden, Tennessee, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 19, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Everitt M. Cowan and Madelon E. Cowan (Teachout); and his sister Sally DeCarie. He is survived by : his wife Rose Ann; his children, Tammy Gramer (Albert) of Linden, Jennifer Bradley (Douglas) of Novi, William Cowan (Dawn) of Linden and Christopher Cowan (Jennifer) of Bolingbrook, IL; his grandchildren, Albert Gramer, Jr. (Cortney), Ellie Adams (Dustin), Bethany Crunk (Patrick), Matthew Gramer (Sarah), Andrew Bradley, Connor Bradley, Kennedy Cowan, Paxton Cowan, Keira Cowan and Dillon Cowan; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Owen, Sophia, Genevieve, Evalyn and Colton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
