It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Deloy Garrett of Livingston, Tennessee, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Garrett and Elsie Garrett (Ledbetter) of Livingston, TN.; his son Kelly Jack Daniels; and his siblings, Donald Garrett, Johnny Garrett, Brenda Lewis and Betty Huffer.

He is survived by : his wife Vickie Sue Garrett (Spear); his children, Misty Garrett (Samantha) of Livingston and Garon Garrett (Kim Floyd); and his siblings, Rema Garrett of Cookeville, Gale Banks (Dennis) of Manchester, TN, Jerry Garrett (Colene) of Livingston, James Garrett of Livingston and Danny Garrett (Brenda) of Livingston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (2106 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, TN 38570). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at the Overton County Memorial Gardens (300 N Church St, Livingston, TN 38570).
