She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie (Dale Corum), Patti (Len Padgett), Janie (Carlton Coram) and Candy Booker; her grandchildren, Dale Corum, II, Dwayne Corum (Darla), Joe Padgett (Jayna George) and Lakin Swain Brock; her great grandchild Dalyn Corum; her aunt Peggy Warwick; her son Jimmy Warwick; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Booker Voigt, Zetti Booker and Don Jackson.
