He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Holt (John), Elizabeth Wolf (Charles) and Krysti Purdy (Patrick); his grandchildren, Amanda Atkins (Scottie), Staci Saint Louis, Danielle Holt, Samantha Harris, Cassandra Purdy and Duncan Purdy; his great grandchildren, Preston, Mackenzie, Bailee, Ella, Ricky, Aubree, Iwalani and Jaxon; and his sister Mary Jo Watson.
