He was predeceased by: his son Garry Stout; his parent Roma Hill Stout; and his brother Vernon Stout. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stout of Luttrell; his children, Ricky Carson Stout of Oklahoma and Sheryl Stout of California; and his brother Harold Dean Stout of California. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and friends.
