She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nicely and Caltha "Bailey" Nicely; her husband Rev. Walter Oxendine; her daughter Joyce Leann Oxendine; and her siblings, Sherman, Walter, Cecil, Lee Roy, Eugene Nicely, Beulah Williams, Shirley Ailor and Pauline Kiser.
She is survived by: her son Eddie; her daughter-in-law Sarah Oxendine; and her sister Peggy Kiser of Maynardville. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins.
