He is survived by: his son Coty Blake Evans; his grandchildren, Braylon Michael Evans and Cash Montgomery Keith; his mother Martha Grose; his sister Samantha Buckner; his nephews, Skyler Buckner-Neel and Corey Buckner; his girlfriend Michelle Cole; his children, Ricky Cole, Amber Cole and Chris Brown; and his grandchildren, Haley Graham, Sammy Cole, Elijah Graham, Xavier Brown, Jaxxon Brown, Kyleigh Cole, Khloe Cole, Kami Cole, Angel Cole and Addie Cole.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made at the funeral home for expenses.
