He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J., Sr. and Mossie L. Hensley (Muncey); his son Larry E. Hensley, Jr.; his brothers, William "Dick" Hensley, Andrew Hensley (A. J.) and Gene Hensley; and his parents-in-law, Estel and Juanita Kitts.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hensley (Kitts); his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Tony Brown; his grandchildren, Kasey, Doug Crawford, Ashley Brown, Ryan Kingrey, Shane Brown and Megan Huffman; his great grandchildren, Trina, Jase Crawford and Vincin Kingrey; and his siblings, J. D. Hensley (Jessie), Eddie Hensley (Sharon), Mildred Brooks, Jackie Wyrick (Ray) and Janice Kitts (Doyle). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins along with a host of friends.
