He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy Nicely Ray; his parents, Harvey Ray and Minnie Ray; and his siblings, R. H. Ray, Jr., Silas Walter Sweat and Kathy Kay Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Rickey Ray, Jr. (Emily) of Blaine and Samantha Bell (Kenneth) of Luttrell; his grandchildren, Avery Ray, Hannah and Elizabeth Bell; his great grandchild Eli; and his sisters, Carolyn Coffing of Corryton and Pat Hughes (Larry) of Lafayette, Indiana.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the funeral home.
