He was predeceased by : his father Alfred Perry; his brothers, Alfred Perry, Jr. (Cotton) and David Perry; and his nephews, Anthony Brogan, Bradley, Brandon, Andy and Adam Coffey.

He is survived by : his mother Edna Perry; his siblings, Sue Coffey (Clyde), Mary Chandler (Duane), Mike Perry and Bobby Perry (Charolette); and his great-niece Latoshia Hunter.
