It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Anne Garrett of Lynchburg, Tennessee, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Finis E. Garrett; and her parents, Wade Latham and Ruth Latham. She is survived by : her daughter Phyllis Brock (Perry); her sister Marilyn Holder; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Thompson. She is also survived by seven great-granchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
