She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie L. Smith and Minnie Ova Rolman Smith; her husband Floyd Noblitt; and her siblings, Charles, Harlan "Harb", Emmett, Clofton "Pete" Smith and Rowena Rhoton.
She is survived by: her sister Georgia Hensley of Lynchburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
