She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Freeze and Jannie Freeze. She is survived by: her husband William C. Henley; her children, Melody Bell (Chris), John Douglas Freeman and Jimmy Webb; her grandchildren, Kelsey Smith, Harrison, Ethan, Dalton Bell and Aubrey Webb; and her great grandchildren, Blakely and Taytum Smith.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to breast cancer awareness.
