He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Moore Bivens; his children, Shannon Bivens, Kimberly Black, Angelia Morton and Bryan Bivens; his grandchildren, Raymond Bivens, Rachel Bull, Payton Black, Raina Terry Sifferman, Taylor Black and Jacob Bivens; his great grandchildren, Adela Holan, Reese and Kade Martin; his siblings, Wayne, Sandy Bivens, Bernise, Gary Geise, Tom and Joyce Bivens; and his nieces and nephews, Gail Davis Simonds, Vera Torbet, Dwight and Kelly Torbett.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354-1565). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
