He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Allen Sullivan and Reba Lee West Sullivan; and his siblings, Lovetta Sullivan Rickman and Vernon Allen Sullivan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Jones Sullivan of Adolphus, KY; his daughter Jessica Lynn Sullivan Gullett of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Nathan Lee Sullivan (Debora), Jesse Sullivan and Karen Smith of Manchester, TN; his granddaughter Gracie Gullett; and his nieces, Reagan, Andrea and Hannah. He is also survived by 2 step sons; 1 step daughter.
