She is survived by: her husband Scott Smith; her children, Gracie Hartzell (Derek) of Bradyville, Tennessee and Willie Smith of Spring Hill, Tennessee.; and her grandchildren, Jameson Smith, Elijah Smith and Cameron Hartzell.
