She is survived by : her husband Don Jacobs; her children, Heath Jacobs (Lisa) of Manchester and Heather Howland of Manchester; her grandchildren, Hayden, Hallie Jacobs, Savannah Thomas, Katlynn, Karleigh, Kristlynn Freeze and Chloee Howland; her siblings, Homer Layne of Tracy City, Faye Henley of Pelham, Freida Layne of Palmer and Sherry Harris of Manchester; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Magouirk, Loretta Jacobs and Darlene Tucker. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews, and a host of friends.
