He is survived by: his wife Betty Ray Bell; his children, Annette Moore (Greg) of Martin, Gary Bell (Laura) of Charlotte, NC and Terry Bell (Ellen) of Pickerington, OH; his grandchildren, Benjamin Moore (Nicki), Nicholas Moore (Taylor), Kiersten Bell, Kyle Bell and Caroline Burroughs (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Isla Moore, Harrison Moore, Maclin Moore, Warren Moore and Reeves Towery.
