She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Mai Belle Smith (Armstrong); her husband Fred Culp; her daughter Linda Dale Bowers (Culp); her siblings, Lottie Lee Smith, Fannie Lurline Smith, Ora Belle Priest, Zula Henrietta Fergerson, Georgia Doris Wells, Lexie Newton Smith and Elmer Arvelle "Bob" Smith; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Grace Zorn and Hannah Leigh Zorn.
She is survived by: her husband Millington; her children, Sandra Earl, Dorothy Sue Ravn (Larry) of Cedar Falls, Joan Christine Howerton (Carl) of Tiptonville and Donald "Don" Lewis Culp of Martin; her grandchildren, Anessa Kincaid (Kipp), Robert W. "Peter" Counce of Knoxville, Christopher "Chris" Ravn (Paula) of Waterloo, Angelia "Joy" Cook (Michael) of Pfafftown, N. C., Jonathan "Jon" Howerton (Monica) of Collins, Rebecca "Becky" Bowers of Huntingdon and Rachel Zorn (Scott) of Kansas City; and her great grandchildren, Camden Kincaid of Knoxville, Allison Ravn of Kansas City, Easton Ravn of Kansas City, Daniel Cook of Kansas City, Matthew Cook of Kansas City, Richard Cao of Kansas City, Rachel Cao of Kansas City and Brooklyn Zorn of Kansas City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
