She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Hazlewood; and her parents, Otis Bishop and Winnie Welch Bishop. She is survived by: her son Greg Hazlewood (Stacey) of Martin; her granddaughters, Casey Lester (Jantzen) of Ft. Smith and Tessa Prince (Ryan) of Dresden; her great grandchildren, Silas Lester and Kannon Prince; and her brothers, Bud Bishop of Lamont, IL, Bob Bishop of Lamont, IL and Terry Bishop of West Chester, Illinois..
