She is survived by: her children, Quazay, Tatiyana and Malachi Chandler; her parents, Gloria Sue Fulton Mack of Martin and Herman Mack of Buffalo, NY; her brothers, Jason Mack, Rod Mack and Steven Mack; her siblings' children, Heavenly Mack, Naquan and Jalean Mack; and her great-nephew Zander Mack. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
