She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Shrader (Francis Shrader) and Francis Lake Shrader; and her siblings, Francis Prator, Richard and Thomas Shrader.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Wayne Belcher Sr.; her children, Angelia Annette Belcher and Douglas Wayne Belcher Jr. (Kimberly); her grandsons, Robert Crowe (Nicole), Dylan Gulde (Andrew) and Justin Belcher; and her siblings, Euna Blevins and James Shrader. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
