He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Swafford; his mother Beulah Swafford; his siblings, Daniel Swafford and Jane Moore; and his son Dwayne Swafford.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Nowlin (Jerry), Ashley Boone (Bryan) and Billy Swafford. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
