He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wade and Susan Smith; his stepmother Faye Wade; his stepbrother Glenn Newton; and his uncles, Ronnie Wade and Earl Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Gage Wade, Lynsee Hooks and Alexis Stinnett; his fiancée Amy Coppenger; his fiancée's children, Brady and Brianna Millward; his aunts, Toni Watts (Ron), Arlene Dove (Wayne), Janice Whitehead (Mike), Shirley Wade and Christi Wade; his uncle Gordon Wade (Linda); his cousins, Joy Chadwick (Jeff), Rachel Peterson (Eric), Chris Wade (Heather), Jessica Zorio (John), Logan Wade, Jakob Wade, Eli Wade and Josie Wade; his stepfather Don Smith; his stepsiblings, Mike Caughorn, Daniel Smith, Junior Smith, Kim Edmonds and Kathy Mitchell; and his friends, Paul, Aaron, Bryan, Nate, Rob and Gail. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
