Karen Marie Moffatt Obituary

The passing of Karen Marie Moffatt of Maryville, Tennessee leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 21, 2025 at the age of 63. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Karen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She is survived by: her husband Brett Moffatt; her children, Andrew (Maribeth Moffatt), Daniel (Hannah Moffatt) and Laura Moffatt of Maryville; her brother David; her sister-in-law Judy Baird of Springfield, MA; and her parents, John Baird and Janice Baird of Canton, OH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Trinity Chapel (1402 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sandy Springs Orthodox Presbyterian Church (1201 Montvale Station Rd, Maryville, TN 37803). A burial will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grandview Cemetery (2304 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803).
