She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Ray Russell; her sister Shirley Shields; and her parents, Rachel Dottery and Harold Pete Dottery. She is survived by: her son Kevin Russell; her daughter-in-law Sarah Russell; her daughter Jennifer McBride; her son-in-law Jeff McBride; her grandson Brandon Russell; her precious Dollie; and her pets, Bella Mae and Daisy.
Kay was a long time successful local business owner of Stone and More that provided culture marble products in the East TN area as well as donations to habitat homes of those in need.
