It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Beth Phelps (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandmother Idell Rothlisberger; and her aunt Jacqueline Paddock. She is survived by : her mother Eloise Sparks; her husband Hal Phelps; her daughters, Heather Rucker, Christie Wilson, Lindsey Piercy (Allen) and Sara Gallardo (Francisco); her grandchildren, Keirsten, Ricky, Olivia, Zachary, Hannah, Molly and Gus; and her great grandchildren, Chastin and Karsyn.
