She is survived by : her children, James Calvin Shaffer, Tina Davis and Jayme Shaffer; her grandchildren, Michelle Shaffer, Rachel Shaffer, Bradley Shaffer and Kaitlyn Shaffer; and her siblings, Charles "Bucky" Curtis, Evelyn Cummings, Danny Curtis and Debbie Curtis.
