He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Dugas Sullivan; his parents, Elmer Houston, Sr. and Carrie Ellen Bell Sullivan; and his brother Elmer Houston Sullivan, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Annette Sullivan Lekes, Jon Lekes of Maryville, Melissa Sullivan Carl and Gary Carl of Kingsport; his son Mitchell Sullivan of Maryville; his daughter-in-law Amy Sullivan of Maryville; his grandchildren, Seth Law, Cameron Law, Kristen Carl, Erin Carl, Corinne Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan, Kelsi Lane, Abby Lane, Emily Lane and Carson Lekes; and his great grandchild Zoey Law.
