He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Fortenberry (Bunny) of Maryville; his children, Gina (Timmy Stephenson), Robyn (Dan Logan) and Paul; his daughter-in-law Caroline Fortenberry; and his grandchildren, Olivia Stephenson, Lila Stephenson, Jake Logan, Emily Logan, Will Logan, Asher Logan, Markel Fortenberry, Kiyana Fortenberry, Owen Fortenberry and Levi Fortenberry.
